The HNF10-D Piston Flow Switch is an in-line mechanical flow detector suitable for both liquid and gas media. Designed for reliability and ease of use, it features minimal pressure loss, excellent repeatability, and strong contamination resistance. Its fully isolated mechanical and electronic components ensure safe operation in various industrial environments.
Available in robust POM plastic, anodized aluminum, or stainless steel housings, the switch supports pressure ratings up to 10 bar (plastic), 50 bar (aluminum), and 100 bar (stainless steel). It offers a clearly calibrated switch setting scale-pre-set at the factory for water at 20°C-eliminating on-site adjustment needs. A clear LED indicates switch status (DC models), and dual switch outputs are available for flexible integration.
With IP67 protection, wide media temperature tolerance (up to 90°C), and low pressure loss (approx. 0.3 bar at 25 L/min), the HNF10-D is ideal for industrial automation, machinery, compressed air systems, refrigeration, and HVAC applications.
