The HNP50 Vacuum Pressure Sensor is an independently R&D product by the source manufacturer, featuring an industrial-grade design for high-precision vacuum measurement and control in industrial automation. It adopts high-end ceramic capacitor cores and MEMS bicrystalline silicon technology, matched with digital circuit processing and multi-point temperature compensation, ensuring superior metrological stability, high accuracy and reliable test data for continuous vacuum detection.
With a SUS304/316L stainless steel structure, it boasts IP65 protection grade, high pressure resistance and adaptability to harsh media and working conditions (-20~80 ℃). Its absolute pressure measuring ranges cover (0.1~1000)KPa, (0.001~10/20/100)KPa, supporting 10 times maximum overload. The sensor is powered by 24V, with standard output signals of 4-20mA (optional HART protocol) and RS485, and customizable process/electrical connections.
