The HNP60 high-purity pressure sensor is an independently R&D product from the source manufacturer HONNO, featuring full independent control over its production and design. It is ideally suited for high-precision applications in semiconductor manufacturing, flat panel display, photovoltaic industries, and ultra-high purity liquid storage and delivery systems. Boasting an accuracy of ≤0.25% FS (encompassing non-linearity, hysteresis, repeatability), the sensor realizes signal noise cancellation and shielding, with a long-term stability of <0.25% FS/year and temperature drift of <0.3% FS/10℃ (-10~+55℃). Its all-stainless steel construction (316L connector, 304/316L housing) ensures high stability, and every unit undergoes a 48-hour full-scale holding pressure test and helium leak detection (<10^-10mbar L/S). The measurement range covers 0~200/250/500/3000psi (G/A), with max overpressure of 2x rated pressure (5000psi max) and a super-smooth surface (Ra ≤0.18μm max). It supports adjustable zero and full scale, IP65 protection, Ex ec IIC T6 Gc explosion-proof marking and CE compliance. With flexible output signals (4-20mA, 0-10V, etc.) and customizable process/electrical connections, it offers great on-site usability for customers.
