Core Technologies & Advantages

1.Anti-Attenuation Signal Penetration
Acoustic waveforms can pass through pipe walls and light scaling, though signal strength may vary with pipe conditions.

2.Active Pipeline Noise Filtering
Hardware filtering helps reduce pump vibration and background noise under normal industrial operating conditions.

3.Factory-Matched Transducers
Transducers are pre-calibrated for common pipe materials before shipment to reduce installation adjustment time on site.

4.Adaptive Flow Profile Correction
The system adjusts for changes in flow profile such as Reynolds number variation and turbulence, depending on installation and actual flow conditions.

Factory Capabilities & OEM

15,000 m² production facility with an annual output capacity of about 50,000 units, depending on configuration type and order mix.

Three gravimetric and master-meter calibration lines; Each unit is calibrated before shipment under standard factory test conditions.

In-house piezoelectric ceramic manufacturing and polarization for ultrasonic transducers.

OEM options include logo labeling, housing color selection, and mounting customization.

Firmware customization available for BACnet, Profibus, and project-specific protocols.

Electronic modules are tested through 48-hour thermal cycling to screen early-stage drift under controlled laboratory conditions.

Quality Control

Multi-Point Laser Wall Alignment: Robotic inspection systems check transducer alignment with a deviation control target of ±0.1°.

Sub-Nanosecond Time-Loop Simulation: A 10,000-pulse test is used to evaluate timing stability of signal processing.

Three-Axis Vibration Screening: Enclosures are tested under 2G vibration conditions to check mechanical durability.

72-Hour Environmental Stress Screening: Electronics are cycled between -20°C and 60°C to stabilize parameter drift.

FAQ

Q: Can your factory pre-configure custom Modbus register mapping to match our existing PLC templates?

A: Yes. We can configure Modbus register mapping according to your PLC requirements before final calibration.

Q: What specific maintenance schedule does the clamp-on sensor acoustic coupling gel require in outdoor settings?

A: We recommend checking the coupling gel condition and replacing it roughly every 24 months depending on site conditions.

Q: Can the factory provide material traceability certificates for the wetted parts of insertion sensors?

A: Yes. Material certificates (EN 10204 3.1) can be provided for wetted parts upon request.

Measurement Principle

Ultrasonic Transit Time Method: During the measurement process, two piezoelectric (PZT) crystals inside the sensor are located at downstream and upstream positions, sending and receiving ultrasonic signals in an alternating manner. The ultrasonic waves penetrate the pipe wall at an angle and propagate into the liquid. The flow of the liquid affects the propagation of ultrasonic waves, causing the transmission time of ultrasonic waves in the counter-flow direction to always be greater than that in the flow direction. By precisely analyzing the difference in transmission time between these two directions and based on its proportional relationship with the liquid velocity, the sensor can quickly and accurately calculate the volumetric flow rate of the liquid.
