This intelligent flowmeter offers exceptional versatility with a multi-screen LCD display that shows instantaneous flow, cumulative total, peak/valley values, and unit status. It supports a wide array of configurable outputs: dual switch outputs (PNP/NPN, selectable as NO/NC) with adjustable hysteresis, delay, and modes (hysteresis, upper/lower limit, batch, pulse); and analog outputs (1-5V, 0-10V, or 4-20mA) for seamless PLC integration. Its built-in safety lock prevents accidental setting changes, ensuring process integrity.

Engineered for demanding applications, the HNF80-A features an IP65-rated housing, constructed with fluid-contact parts in SUS304, PPS, aluminum alloy, and EPDM. Measurement Principle |
Based on the principle of thermal conduction (constant temperature difference method) for gas mass flow measurement. The sensor is equipped with a heated NTC thermistor and a reference temperature sensor. When the gas flows by, it carries away the heat of the heating element, causing a change in its resistance value, which is related to the gas flow rate (mass flow). By measuring the change in resistance and using the built-in temperature sensor for real-time temperature compensation, the mass flow of the gas can be directly and accurately measured without the need for additional pressure or temperature compensation equipment. |
