The HNP20-C Digital Pressure Sensor is a high-performance electronic pressure measuring device engineered for diverse industrial scenarios, including hydraulics, pneumatic control, motorised brake systems, boiler operation and constant pressure water supply. It adopts high-precision imported pressure-sensitive components and advanced digital circuits, which convert pressure signals into precise current and switch signals, boasting the core advantages of high accuracy, fast response, stable performance and a compact structure. The sensor features easy operation and flexible installation, with a rotatable design and thread mounting for effortless deployment in various working environments.
It supports measuring various liquids, gases and vapours compatible with 304/316/316L stainless steel, with an ultra-wide measuring range from 0-0.6MPa to 0-1000MPa and overload pressure resistance of 2 times the full scale. Offering Class 0.25, 0.5 and 1.0 accuracy grades, it has a rise time ≤5ms (up to 90%FS), temperature compensation within 0~70℃ (zero drift ≤0.05%FS/℃) and long-term stability of 0.5%FS/year. The sensor provides two output types: single-point (4-20mA analog + two-way switch) and double-point (two-way switch), with switch life ≥100,000 times and reliable switching performance.
Constructed with 304/316 stainless steel for both housing and media contact parts, it has an IP65 protection rating, enduring -20~+85℃ ambient and media temperatures. Standard configurations include M20×1.5 pressure thread and M12 electrical connector, with customizable process/electrical connections available. Equipped with a user-friendly panel with menu display and button adjustment, it enables convenient parameter setting and output switching, and is an ideal reliable pressure measurement solution for industrial process testing and control.
