General Purpose Industrial Pressure Transducers

The HNP20-B medium pressure sensor integrates high-precision MEMS chips with martensitic precipitation hardened stainless steel measuring diaphragms, with diaphragms and process interfaces precision-machined in one piece for structural integrity. It operates on piezoresistive sensing: pressure-induced micro-deformation of the diaphragm is captured by the MEMS chip and converted into primary electrical signals, which undergo full-temperature intelligent compensation over -40~125℃, maintaining ±0.25%/±0.5%FS accuracy and consistent low temperature drift. Its triple overload integrated structure is a core design highlight, enabling it to withstand 3× full-scale overload pressure and over 5× burst pressure, with >10 million full-pressure cyclic endurance, making it ideal for measuring water, oil, gas and other media. The all-metal sealed structure prevents media leakage and extends service life, while the intrinsically safe circuit meets EMC certification, providing robust electromagnetic immunity including 4kV contact/8kV air ESD resistance. Powered by 24VDC, it converts processed signals to 4-20mA, 0-10V or RS485, with optional HART communication. It offers flexible connections (Hirschmann/aviation plug), IP65 protection, and resists 200g shock and ±20g vibration. With a response time ≤10ms for current output and customizable process/electrical connections, it is tailored for high-demand industrial scenarios such as injection molding, hydraulics, shipbuilding and pump systems.
