The HNT50 infrared temperature sensor is an integrated, non-contact temperature measurement device. It calculates surface temperature by detecting the infrared radiation energy of objects with wavelengths of 8-14μm, allowing for measurement without contact with the target. The product features a 304 stainless steel housing, standard M18X1 threads for easy installation, and is compatible with various working conditions by adding optional accessories such as a purge protection cover and laser sight.

 

Its temperature measurement range is wide, from 0-1200℃ (default 0-600℃), with an accuracy of ±1% or ±1.5℃ (whichever is greater) of the measured value. It boasts an optical resolution of 20:1, a response time as fast as 150ms, and excellent linearity. It supports 4-20mA analog output or RS485 (ModBus protocol), a power supply voltage of 10-24VDC/10-30VDC, an IP54 protection rating, and offers long transmission distances and high stability.

 

It is suitable for industrial equipment monitoring, steel production, food testing and other scenarios. It can achieve efficient and accurate temperature measurement without interfering with the object being measured, and provides a flexible and reliable solution for various industrial temperature monitoring needs.
