PFA/PTFE encapsulation resists hydrofluoric and sulfuric acids, plus strong alkalis, ensuring zero contamination.
316L stainless steel core withstands up to 3.5 bar in corrosive media.
PTFE cable with anti-bending protection ensures reliable use in flowing fluids.
Pt100 Class A RTD provides ±0.15°C high-precision, repeatable temperature measurement.
Bare wire, cold-pressed, or multi-pin connectors allow plug-and-play system integration.
Probe lengths (0–300mm) and diameters (φ3.2–φ6mm) are fully customizable for OEM installations.

Measurement Principle

Corrosion-resistant insertion-type temperature sensors primarily convert temperature changes into resistance or voltage signals through their internal sensing elements (such as PT100/PT1000 resistance temperature detectors or thermocouples). Due to their insertion structure, the probe tip (encased in corrosion-resistant materials such as PTFE or Teflon) directly penetrates the medium to transfer heat, thereby achieving high-precision, corrosion-resistant on-site temperature measurement.
