The HNT40 intelligent temperature sensor is a high-precision temperature measurement device adaptable to various operating conditions. Designed for complex industrial environments, it utilizes a dedicated integrated circuit and surface-mount technology for its signal transmission module, achieving accurate temperature signal acquisition and stable transmission. This provides a flexible and reliable integrated solution for fluid temperature measurement. The product's measurement range covers -50~400℃, supports °F and K unit conversions, and has a minimum settable range of 100℃. Typical accuracy reaches ±0.5% of the upper limit of the range, with annual stability better than 0.05% of the upper limit or 0.1℃/year (whichever is greater). It is minimally affected by ambient temperature, power supply, and load, combining measurement accuracy with long-term stability.
It offers diverse output options, including 4-20mA two-wire, 4-20mA+HART two-wire, and Modbus-RTU/RS485 four-wire, meeting various industrial communication needs. Transmission distances reach up to 1000 meters, and power consumption is as low as ≤500mW@24VDC. The product features an integrated transient voltage resistant terminal block with a differential mode voltage of 2000V and a common mode voltage of 4000V, meeting the Class IV standard and easily handling severe surge voltage scenarios. An optional backlit LCD display module with button operation is available for convenient use.
