The principle diagram of the HNF20-AC temperature liquid turbine flowmeter is shown. A turbine is installed in the center of the pipe, supported by bearings at both ends. When the fluid passes through the pipe, it impacts the turbine blades, causing the turbine to rotate. The rotational speed of the turbine is directly proportional to the flow rate of the fluid. The liquid flow drives the turbine to rotate, cutting through the magnetic lines of force generated by the permanent magnets inside the shell, producing a change in magnetic flux. The sensing coil detects the periodic change in magnetic flux and sends a signal to the pre-amplifier for amplification, generating a pulse signal proportional to the flow rate. The flow rate value is obtained through circuit operation. |
