The HNF20-AE vortex flow meter is a high-performance integrated sensor designed for real-time dual monitoring of liquid flow and temperature, making it an ideal choice for industries such as new energy, photovoltaics, petrochemicals, power metallurgy, and food processing. Based on the Karman vortex principle, it utilizes a blunt body to generate alternating vortices in flowing fluid; a piezoelectric element detects the vortex frequency, which is proportional to the flow velocity, and amplifies and calculates the signal to provide accurate flow data. A built-in module can simultaneously measure the medium temperature, enabling one-stop industrial process control.
This vortex flow meter features a 304 stainless steel base and a corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy housing. It offers a flow accuracy of ±2% FS, a temperature accuracy of ≤0.5°C, a flow range of 1-120 L/min (suitable for DN8-DN25 pipes), and a temperature measurement range of 0~100°C, -10~90°C, with customization available. The flow meter is equipped with a 128×64 pixel self-emissive OLED display with a Chinese graphical interface and intuitive three-button operation for setting flow/temperature alarm points. It supports flexible outputs: 4-20mA analog signal, NPN/PNP alarm contacts, and RS485 digital communication, enabling seamless system integration.
