Compact Pressure Sensor

The HNP20-A is a compact pressure sensor that leverages the piezoresistive effect of 17-4PH/316L stainless steel diaphragms for pressure detection. Applied pressure causes elastic deformation of the diaphragm, altering the resistance of the integrated sensing circuit to convert pressure into electrical signals. It features fully automatic linearity and temperature compensation technology, calibrating zero, full-scale and sensitivity drift (≤±0.015%FS/℃ each) across -40~125℃ to eliminate thermal errors, ensuring high accuracy of ±0.25%/±0.5%FS and repeatability <±0.05%FS. The fully welded, individually air-permeable chamber structure guarantees hermeticity and long-term stability (≤0.15%FS/year). Its signal transmitter module adopts proprietary calibration technology, enabling tool-free parameterization to output standard signals like 4-20mA, 0-10V or RS485. With an integrated stainless steel housing and M12 connector, it is optimized for space-constrained applications, boasting ultra-fast response (≤2ms for voltage output). Equipped with optional built-in damping protection against pressure shocks, plus reverse polarity and short-circuit protection, it has IP65 protection, 3× overload and 5× burst pressure capacity, and >10 million pressure cycles, delivering reliable performance in industrial environments with electromagnetic interference resistance compliant with EN55022 and EN61000-6.
